We do NOT sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing (their privacy policy applies)
• Netlify — for site hosting (their privacy policy applies)
• Google Analytics — for anonymous usage statistics (you can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on)
• Law enforcement — only if required by valid legal process

Refund policy

One Dog Trainer's satisfaction guarantee is a double-down: if a customer is not satisfied with a purchased digital product (video, script, course), the remedy is a second free video from Steve Holland on the same problem, and/or a personalized written or video response from Steve — not a monetary refund. We do not offer cash refunds on digital products once delivered, because the customized content has already been created for the customer. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults (parents, dog owners). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The "Dog Safety for Kids" educational content is designed for parents and teachers to use with children, not for children to use directly.

Data retention

We retain your email address and purchase history for as long as you maintain an account. If you request deletion, we'll remove your data within 30 days.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you're in the EU or California, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Request a copy of your data in portable format
